St. Helen Catholic School partners with families to provide a strong academic and faith-centered education. Tuition is managed through FACTS Tuition Management.

Tuition Rates (PK3–8)

Parishioner / Stewardship Rate*

  • First Student: $7,320

  • Sibling: $5,515

Open Registration Rate

  • First Student: $8,974

  • Sibling: $6,758

Stewardship status requires active parish membership and consistent tithing for one full calendar year.

Fees

  • New Student Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)

  • Registration Fee: $200 per student

  • Student Fees:

    • PK3–PK4: $375

    • K–8: $625

  • Chromebook Fee (Grades 4–7): $130

  • 8th Grade Graduation Fee: $150

All fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Assistance Options

St. Helen Catholic School is committed to making Catholic education accessible to families who desire a Christ-centered academic environment for their children. We strongly encourage all families to explore available financial aid opportunities.

Several assistance programs are available, and families may apply for more than one. For more information visit: choosecatholicschools.org.

Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance

The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston offers need-based tuition assistance to qualifying families. Applications are submitted through FACTS and reviewed confidentially.

Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA)

Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) provide state-supported funding that eligible Texas families may use toward private school tuition.

The application is open now until March 17th, and we encourage families to apply early

ACE Scholarships

ACE Scholarships provides need-based scholarships for qualifying families. Awards are based on household income and financial need. Applications are currently open.

Important Notes

  • Families may apply for multiple programs.

  • Receiving aid from one program does not automatically disqualify you from another.

  • Funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility and availability.
